NOTE: If the user did not receive login details, search Outlook to see if an email has been associated to the user. If not, escalate.

Self Help Password Reset

• 1. Go to www.bennett.edu
  2. Under Quick Links, click “Belle Connect.”
  3. Select “Forgot Password.”
  4. Enter your username (the part before the @ in your email).
     1. Example: For Bbelle@bennett.edu, the username is Bbelle.
     2. If you have multiple verification methods set up, you will see a list of options.
     3. If you only set up one method (e.g., only security questions), you’ll be taken directly to it.
     4. If you choose Security Questions:
        1. Answer Security Question #1, and click Next.
        2. Answer Security Question #2, and click Submit.
     5. Select your preferred verification method (text or email).
     6. Enter the verification code you receive and click Submit.
  5. Create your new password and click Submit.
  6. You will be automatically redirected to the login page.
  7. Sign in with your new password.
  8. The system will prompt you for an additional security verification (code).
     Choose your method, enter the code, and complete the login.

  Note: After answering security questions, a verification code will be sent to the registered phone number or email.

Self Help Password Change (User Knows Current Password)

• Visit https://www.bennett.edu/
• Use the Quick Links and Click “Belle Connect“

• Login with known credentials
• Click account name in top right, then “Change Password“
