Solution:
Internet Explorer
- Open the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser
- Click the arrow (search) Internet Explorer search icon to the right of the search box or search icon.
- Click Manage Search Providers
- Choose your new default search engine, click Set as default, and then Close
Google Chrome
- Open the Chrome browser
- Select Customize and control Google Chrome Customize and control Google Chrome (3 dots) button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu that appears.
- In the new tab that opens, under Settings, locate the Search section
- Choose a discovered search engine by selecting the arrow next to the box or you may add a new search engine by selecting Manage search engines…
Mozilla Firefox
- Open the Mozilla Firefox browser.
- Click on the Open menu icon in the upper right-hand corner, and then select Help or click the Help (?) icon
- Select the Troubleshooting Information option.
- On the Troubleshooting Information page, on the right side, click the Refresh Firefox… button
- In the Refresh Firefox pop-up window, click the Refresh Firefox button to confirm you want to restore Firefox to its default settings.
